Privacy Policy

Thank you for using our application! We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the app, including login/linking features with Facebook and Google accounts.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the app, we may collect the following types of information:

1.1. Account Information

Phone number (login account), password (hashed/not stored in plaintext).

1.2. Personal Information

Full name, email, profile picture (when provided), contact address, date of birth, gender (if applicable).

1.3. Device Data & Logs

Device type, operating system, browser, IP address, user-agent, login timestamps, feature usage activity.

1.4. Geolocation (Optional)

When you allow it, approximate location to suggest nearby stores/clubs.

1.5. Data from Google (when you connect/log in)

Name, email, Google profile picture, and Google user ID (within the scope you grant).

1.6. Data from Facebook (when you connect/log in or grant permissions to a Page)

Name, email, profile picture, Facebook ID, and permissions you grant to the app.

Specifically for the Facebook pages_manage_posts permission: when you connect a Page, we may receive: Page ID, Page name, Page category, Page access token and, when you perform actions or enable automation, we process post/livestream content (title, description, thumbnail), scheduled/start/end times, status, post/live video IDs created by you or by the system according to your configuration.

Note: We do not access Page inbox messages. If webhook/metadata is enabled, we only receive technical events for operational purposes (e.g., post/stream status).

2. Purpose of Use

  • Authentication, operation, and delivery of app features.
  • Managing Page content you control: creating/editing/deleting posts, creating & starting livestreams, scheduling posts, updating titles/descriptions/thumbnails… per your actions or automated schedules you configure.
  • Personalizing experience; improving service quality; fraud prevention; operational notifications.
  • Sending promotional/marketing information when you consent.

3. Auto-Post & Auto-Livestream

When you enable Auto-Post/Auto-Live or create a schedule in the app, you authorize the system to automatically perform necessary actions on your connected Page using the pages_manage_posts permission, including but not limited to:

  • Creating announcement posts for livestreams/scheduled content;
  • Creating a live video session and starting the broadcast at the configured time;
  • Updating title/description/thumbnail; ending the livestream;
  • Deleting/hiding/editing posts if you configure automation rules.

You can disable/pause/update the schedule at any time in the app settings. Automation only occurs after you have enabled the feature or created a schedule.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (if applicable)

  • Performance of contract/service you requested (Page management, livestream, scheduled posting).
  • Legitimate interests (system security protection, abuse prevention).
  • Your consent (for marketing, geolocation, auto-post/auto-live).

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell/rent your personal data. Data may only be shared with:

  • Infrastructure and processing service providers acting on our behalf (servers, CDN, email…), under confidentiality agreements;
  • Competent government authorities when legally required.

6. Data Retention

  • Page access token: encrypted, used only to perform tasks you request or via Auto-Post/Auto-Live you enabled; deleted within ≤24 hours after you revoke access on Facebook or disconnect the Page in the app.
  • Post/livestream metadata & schedules (post/live IDs, titles, timestamps, status…): retained for up to 90 days for logging/reconciliation purposes, then anonymized or deleted.
  • Account data: retained until you delete your account or as required by law.
  • Facebook stream key/URL (if applicable): stored only for the current session or per the "persistent" option you enable; we do not retain stream keys longer than necessary to execute the schedule/session.

7. Your Rights & Controls

  • Access, edit, download, and request deletion of your data via the Data Deletion page or contact email.
  • Revoke permissions on Facebook at Settings → Apps and Websites/Business Integrations at any time; after revocation, the token becomes invalid and is deleted from our systems within ≤24 hours.
  • Disable Auto-Post/Auto-Live or cancel schedules in the app to stop all automated actions.

8. Security

We apply reasonable measures: encryption, access controls, logging, backups, and periodic reviews. However, no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

9. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Data may be processed on infrastructure located in different legal jurisdictions; we apply appropriate safeguards.

10. Policy Updates

When changes occur, we will notify you on this page and/or within the app. Please check periodically.
